Canadian Vegetable Soup
|Au gratin potatoes||5 Ounce (1 Package Betty Crocker)|
|Canned condensed chicken broth||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Finely diced carrots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely diced celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix potatoes, Sauce Mix, broth, water, carrots, and celery in 3-quart saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes or snipped parsley, if desired.
