|Lean canadian bacon/Smoked ham||3 Ounce, coarsely chopped (2/3 Cup)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (Regular / Low Fat)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Savory scotch biscotti/Crackers||1 Dozen (For Serving)|
In a 1-cup microwavesafe measure, combine mustard seeds, Scotch, water, salt, and vinegar.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high (100%) for 75 to 95 seconds, or until boiling.
Set aside for 15 minutes or until lukewarm.
