Canadian Bacon And Mustard Seed Spread

Ingredients
  Mustard seeds 2 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Scotch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Lean canadian bacon/Smoked ham 3 Ounce, coarsely chopped (2/3 Cup)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (Regular / Low Fat)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Savory scotch biscotti/Crackers 1 Dozen (For Serving)
Directions

In a 1-cup microwavesafe measure, combine mustard seeds, Scotch, water, salt, and vinegar.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high (100%) for 75 to 95 seconds, or until boiling.
Set aside for 15 minutes or until lukewarm.
