1 Wash capon; set aside giblets. Fill neck opening and body cavity with stuffing. Secure openings with toothpicks or metal skewers. Tie legs together and wings to body. Place capon, breast side down on microwave roasting rack, in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 24 minutes. Turn breast side up.
3. Microwave on ROAST for 24 to 26 minutes or until microwave meat thermometer registers 170° F. after cooking. Let stand, covered with foil, 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
