|Butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Into large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Using part of dough at a time and bar-plate tip, press dough through cookie press in strips, the length of ungreased cookie sheet, keeping strips 1 inch apart.
3. Bake cookies 8 minutes or until lightly golden, being careful not to overbake. Immediately cut each strip crosswise into 2 1/2-inch lengths. With pancake turner, immediately remove cookies to wire racks to cool. Repeat with remaining dough. Store cookies in tightly covered container.
