1. Beat the milk and the eggs together.
2. Add the flour, salt, sugar, and grated lemon rind while continuing to beat.
3. Cook crepes, adding the melted butter just before they are golden brown on both sides.
4. Stack crepes, putting whipped cream and berries between each layer. Top with the rest of the cream and berries.
