|Unblanched filberts||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), finely ground|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix the filberts and sugar in a bowl.
Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or two knives.
Turn mixture into a 9- or 10-inch pie pan; press firmly against the bottom and sides of pan.
Bake at 375Â°F 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool and chill.
