Horseradish Flavored Hash

Ingredients
  Canned corned beef 16 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 4 Teaspoon, melted
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 , cut in 4 slices
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper grains To Taste
  Sharp cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, shredded
Directions

Place hash slices on broiler rack; brush tops with one half of the melted butter.
Broil with top of meat 3 inches from source of heat 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned.
Turn and spread tops thinly with horseradish; place 1 tomato slice on each.
Brush with remaining melted butter.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese.
Broil about 5 minutes longer.
