Horseradish Flavored Hash
|Canned corned beef||16 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Teaspoon, melted|
|Prepared horseradish||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 , cut in 4 slices|
|Black pepper grains||To Taste|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, shredded|
Place hash slices on broiler rack; brush tops with one half of the melted butter.
Broil with top of meat 3 inches from source of heat 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned.
Turn and spread tops thinly with horseradish; place 1 tomato slice on each.
Brush with remaining melted butter.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese.
Broil about 5 minutes longer.
