Pork and Soy Sauce Salad
|Pork loin chops||6|
|Watercress||16 Ounce, broken in small pieces (Two 8 Ounce Bunches)|
|Chopped green onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||3 Medium, chopped in very small pieces (Use Firm)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (0r 3/4 Cup)|
Trim all fat from chops and cut chops in small pieces.
Brown in heavy skillet with several pieces of fat to prevent sticking.
When meat starts to brown, sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, and pepper and continue browning.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the watercress, green onions, and tomatoes.
When the pork is thoroughly cooked, toss it with the vegetables and soy sauce like a salad.
