Calzone Alla Napoli (Ham And Cheese Turnovers)
|Dough||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bread dough||1 Ounce, refrigerated|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce|
|Cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Green olives||10 , pitted|
Divide dough into 10 pieces.
Roll out each on a floured surface to 5inch-round circles.
Grate cheese with shredding disk.
Chop ham and olives with metal blade.
Combine ham, olives, and cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place mixture on half of each dough circle to within 1/4 inch.of edge.
Brush edges with egg white.
Fold plain half over and seal.
Place on a greased baking sheet; brush each turnover with milk.
Bake at 400Â°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve at once.
