Roasted Beef And Carrots

Marinated meats always taste better. The marinades can be used later in the dish for extra flavor. Like in this dish. Watch out.
  Beef 500 Gram
  Carrot 1
  Pepper To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon

Marinade beef for 4 hours.
Skewer the beef.
Put skewered beef over a roast pan.
Pour marinade over beef.
Add carrots, pepper and worcestershire sauce over beef.
Heat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Roast the beef for 15 minutes.
Flip beef.
Add pepper and worcestershire sauce to the beef.
Roast beef at same temperature for 15 minutes.
Repeat flipping.
Lower the heat at 175 degrees C (350 degrees C).
Roast for an hour.
Remove beef from the oven.
Remove the skewers.
Place on a plate, slice.
Serve with carrots.
