Roasted Beef And Carrots
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Marinade beef for 4 hours.
Skewer the beef.
Put skewered beef over a roast pan.
Pour marinade over beef.
Add carrots, pepper and worcestershire sauce over beef.
Heat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Roast the beef for 15 minutes.
Add pepper and worcestershire sauce to the beef.
Roast beef at same temperature for 15 minutes.
Lower the heat at 175 degrees C (350 degrees C).
Roast for an hour.
Remove beef from the oven.
Remove the skewers.
Place on a plate, slice.
Serve with carrots.
