|Sliced black olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Italian seasoning||2 Teaspoon|
|Mozzarella cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Grease 8 x 4-inch loaf dish.
Butter frozen dough on all sides.
Place in prepared dish.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 2 minutes, rotating dish after half the time.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Turn dough over.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 1 to 2 minutes, or until soft to the touch and slightly warm.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
In 2-quart casserole, crumble beef and sausage.
Stir in mushrooms, green pepper, olives, onion and Italian seasoning.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirring once to break apart.
Stir in catsup.
Preheat conventional oven to 400°F.
Lightly oil baking sheet.
Punch down dough.
Divide into 4 equal pieces.
Roll or stretch each piece into 8 x 6-inch oval.
Place one-fourth of meat mixture in center of each oval.
Top with one-fourth of cheese.
Fold half of dough over meat and cheese.
Repeat with remaining dough.
Place on prepared baking sheet.
Brush calzones with oil.
Bake until lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
