|Flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Soda bicarbonate||1 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa||2 Teaspoon (Use Heaped Amount)|
|Powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Use White Variety)|
|Sour yoghurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix all the above ingredients well together and bake in a moderately pre-heated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour until the cake has risen.
Pierce wooden skewer, and if it comes out clean the cake is done.
Remove from the oven and keep for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Invert on a wire rack and let it cool.
