|Ground walnuts||1 Ounce|
|Walnut cream||3⁄4 Pound|
Make walnut cake for chocolate cake except that the ground walnuts should not be mixed in with the yolks but mixed with the flour when the flour is blended in.
Otherwise proceed as under Chocolate Cake, filling of course with walnut cream flavoured with rum instead of the chocolate cream.
