|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsifted flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Zucchini||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely diced|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Combine margarine, vanilla, eggs, and honey; beat with mixer.
Beat in water.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Stir in zucchini and nuts.
Bake at 350Â° in greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cake tests done.
Good with sweetened cream cheese or topped with fruit.
