Creamy Apple Cake
|Yellow cake mix||18 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Sliced apples||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Nuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Ground nutmeg||14 Teaspoon|
Combine cake mix, butter and one egg; blend well.
Spread batter in glass baking dish.
Cook on high (9) for 3 to 4 minutes.
Arrange apple slices over base.
Blend sour cream and remaining egg; spread evenly over apples.
Combine topping ingredients in small glass mixing bowl.
Cook on high (9) for 1 minute.
Stir to blend.
Sprinkle topping mixture over sour cream layer.
Cook on bake (6) for 7 to 9 minutes.
