Sponge Cake

Sponge Cake has a Delicious taste.The Flour and Sugar gives the Sponge Cake Miraculous taste.
Ingredients
  Castor sugar/Powdered sugar 3 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Flour 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Place eggs and sugar in a bowl over a half-filled pan of boiling hot water and beat briskly with an electric or rotary beater until sufficiently stiff and the whisks are able to hold the mixture for a few seconds without dripping down.
This process will take 15-20 minutes.
Remove the bowl from hot water and fold in the flour very lightly with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin taking care that the mixture is around the edges and is flat all round.
Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and invert onto a wire rack.
Cool before , removing the paper.
