|Cake flour||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 Small, well beaten|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
2.In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
3.Cream shortening with sugar until fluffy.
4.Now add eggs.
5.Then add flour alternately with milk in small amounts.
7.Fill greased cupcake pans 2/3 full.
8.Last, bake in hot oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
9.Serve with tea
