Beat egg whites until they hold soft peaks.
Continue beating, adding sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons (one tablespoon) at a time until eggs hold stiff peaks.
Sift in icing sugar and cocoa, fold in gently.
Pipe in 8 inch circles with large round tip onto greased and floured baking sheets to make six rounds (two rounds).
Bake in 300Â°F oven for 11/2 hours.
Cool on sheets.
