Whipped Cream Cake

Ingredients
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cake flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Whip chilled cream until it stands in peaks; add beaten eggs and fold together; add vanilla.
3.Sift sugar, flour, salt and baking powder together and fold into egg mixture a portion at a time.
4.Pour into 2 (8 inch) round layer pans, greased and lined.
5.Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
6.When cool, spread seven minute Icing or whipped cream between layers and on top.
SERVING
7.Use in cakes
