Sour Milk Chocolate Cake

The sour milk chocolate cake has a unique because of the combination of the flavors of chocolate with the sour milk. Baked together with sugar, flour and eggs with added vanilla for a heightened taste, the sour milkd chocolate cake is a delightful treat.
Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 Small, separated
  Chocolate 2 Ounce
  Cake flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, cream shortening, add half the sugar gradually; cream until fluffy; beat in yolks 1 at a time; stir in chocolate.
3.Sift flour, soda and salt together; stir in alternately with milk.
4.Beat whites until soft peaks form; gradually beat in rest of sugar; fold into batter.
5.Pour into 2 (9-inch) round layer pans, greased and lined.
6.Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
SERVING
7.Serve with ice cream
