Delicious Fruit Cake

This delicious fruit cake is made with a medley of spices, fruits and almonds along with a generous amount of cold coffee. Baked with cake flour, sugar and eggs, the fruit cake comes out rich tasting and very flavorful. It is perfect for winter holidays and celerbrations!
Ingredients
  Cake flour 4 Cup (64 tbs), sifted
  Mace 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Currants 3 Pound
  Seeded raisins 2 Pound
  Citron 1 Pound, sliced
  Sliced blanched almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Pound
  Light brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 9 , well beaten
  Cold coffee 1 Cup (16 tbs) (beverage)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 275F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, sift flour, spices and soda together 3 times
3.Mix with nuts and fruits
4.Cream butter, gradually add sugar; cream until fluffy; add eggs in thirds, beating well after each addition
5.Stir in flour-fruit mixture alternately with coffee beverage
6.Pour into 3 (91/2 x 5 1/4 x 2 3/4 inch) loaf pans, greased and lined
7.Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 hours
SERVING
8.Serve with tea or coffee
TIPS
Rich fruitcake can be steamed 1 hour then baked for remaining time
