white cake is a simple flour cake. This white cake is flavored with vanilla. Baked with milk, eggs and sugar, the white cake is a simple dessert that can be whipped up any time.
Ingredients
  Shortening 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sifted cake flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 5
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, cream shortening, add half the sugar gradually; cream until fluffy.
3.Stir in sifted dry ingredients alternately with liquid.
4.Beat whites .until soft peaks form; gradually beat in rest of sugar; fold into batter.
5.Pour into 3 (9-inch) round layer pans, greased and lined.
6.Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
SERVING
7.Serve with ice cream
