Sand Tarts (Cakes)

These sand tarts are absolutely beautiful vanilla and sugar tarts. Made with brown and white sugar, I love to bake these when I am in the mood for something tottaly sweet and indulgent.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
  Egg 1
  White sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Place cupcake papers in cupcake tins, or grease them.
Fill individual holders 2/3 full.
Bake at 300°F for 25 minutes.
