Zucchini Chocolate Cake

The zucchini chocolate cake is an attempt to make something delicious yet wholesome for dessert! Made with flour, eggs and sugar with cinnamon and cocoa, the zucchini chocolate cake is delicious and comes out moist and flavorful with a hint of vanilla to it.
Ingredients
  Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add zucchini; mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
