Ingredients
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Tablespoon
  Crisco 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Egg yolk 1
  Mashed bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix both the dry and creamed ingredients together.Bake in greased 9" x 13" pan for about 45-60 minutes at 375 F DELICIOUS!!
