This Crumb Cake is a unique and tasty cake. For cake lovers like me the Crumb Cake offers a unique and addictive set of flavors. Try this Crumb Cake recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
  Swift'ning make your own mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend Mix and sugar.
Save out 1/2 cup for topping.
To remaining mixture, add milk and vanilla.
Beat until well mixed.
Add the egg.
Continue beating until well mixed.
Pour batter into a pan (8x8x2 inches) (bottom rubbed with Swift'ning).
Add cinnamon to the 1/2 cup topping mixture and sprinkle over unbaked cake.
Dot with butter.
Bake in a moderate oven.
Baking temperature: 375° F.
Bake: About 30 to 35 minutes.
