Pineapple Coffee Cake
|Coffee cake||12 Ounce (1 Recipe, Quick Type)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in half crosswise|
Prepare Quick Coffee Cake batter as directed.
Pour into a pan (9x9x2 inches) (bottom rubbed with Swift'ning).
Make topping by combining flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
Spread pineapple over batter.
Sprinkle topping over pineapple.
Baking temperature: 400Â° F.
Bake: About 35 minutes.
