|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted pastry flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat eggs till light, add sugar and salt and beat.
Add flour and baking powder and mix these in well with beater.
Heat milk and butter to boiling point and add, beating only until well blended.
Pour into a small greased angel cake pan and bake at 325F about 25 minutes.
