Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  White sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sour whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix cocoa and hot water together.
Beat eggs, add sugar and salt and beat together well.
Add sour cream, then cocoa mixture.
Sift together flour, soda and baking powder and add with the vanilla to the mixture.
Turn into greased 9 inch layer pans.
Bake at 375 F 25 minutes.
When cool ice with pink peppermint icing.
