Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Prunes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), pitted, stewed
  Sour milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend butter with sugar, add eggs and prunes.
Stir in sour milk alternately with sifted dry ingredients.
Bake in greased layer cake pans at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
Ice with creamy icing.
