Festive Eggnog Cake
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Grease and flour bottoms of two 9 inch round pans or two 8 inch square pans.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
Blend well at low speed of electric mixer.
Then beat 1 minute at low speed.
Pour in pans.
Bake at 350Â° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
Cool; fill and frost.
