Crumb Cake

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Butter and shortening mixed 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon extract/1 teaspoon vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix brown sugar, flour, baking powder and butter together until crumbly.
Take 3/4 cup of this mixture and set aside.
To the remainder add well beaten eggs, milk and extract.
Spread in greased pan and cover with reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
