|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Tablespoon|
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix 10 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
Pour batter into 2 greased 9 inch pans and bake at 375Â° approximately 40 minutes.
