Magic Fruit Cake

Ingredients
  Sifted pastry flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Mince meat 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sweetened condensed milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (Eagle Brand)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Candied fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Mixed)
Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Grease 9 inch tube pan.
Line with brown paper; grease again.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda.
Set aside.
In large size bowl slightly beat eggs; add mince meat, sweetened condensed milk, sherry, nuts and fruit; mix well.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients.
Turn into prepared pan.
Bake in slow 300°F oven for 2 hours.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Turn out of pan; remove paper.
Cool.
Decorate.
Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
