|Pineapple pudding/Instant vanilla pudding||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon lime soda water||10 Ounce|
|Eggs||4 , well beaten|
|Icing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 Can (10 oz)|
Mix all ingredients except soda water.
Add it lastly and beat well.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased and floured pan for 40 minutes at 350Â°.
Cook eggs, sugar, flour and margarine over medium heat until thick.
Add pineapple and coconut.
Pour over cake while still hot.
