|Scallions||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Sesame seed oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash the scallions well, chop fine, sprinkle with salt and set aside.
Mix the flour and water together to form a soft dough.
Stretch into a long rope about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Cut into 1 inch lengths and roll these into small pancakes about 1/8 inch thick.
Pour a few drops of sesame seed oil on the pancakes and sprinkle with the chopped scallions.
Roll up tightly, and then press the ends together between the palms of the hands till pancakes are about 1/4 inch thick.
Give each roll a twist, one palm going clock wise and the other counterclockwise.
You can then see the swirls and the green scallions.
Pan fry for a few minutes on each side.
Serve hot as a savory
