Cinnamon Picnic Cake is a unique and winning cake that is perfect for your picnics or birthday parties! Surprise your family and friends with this delicious Cinnamon Picnic Cake !
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mixed chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 125 Gram
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine 1/4p sugar with the nuts and cinnamon and set aside. Cream butter with remaining sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice, beating well. Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt and add alternately to butter mixture with sour cream. Pour the batter into a greased and bottom-lined 23cm square cake tin. Sprinkle with the cinnamon mixture. Bake in a preheated moderate oven 180C (350F) for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.

I think there's something wrong with this recipe. I made this and it came out very salty. Maybe 4 tsp of salt is too much???
