Ingredients
  Cooked corned beef brisket 1
  Potatoes 6 Medium, pared
  White onions 6 Small, peeled (Whole)
  Small carrots 1 Pound, pared (Whole)
  Fresh brussels sprouts/4 packages of 10 ounce each, frozen brussels sprouts 2 Pound
  English mustard sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Bring the corned beef cooking liquid to boiling; add potatoes and onions and return to boiling.
Cook 20 minutes.
Add carrots and Brussels sprouts and return to boiling.
Cook, partially covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
