Beef Bubble And Squeak
|Cooked corned beef brisket||1|
|Potatoes||6 Medium, pared|
|White onions||6 Small, peeled (Whole)|
|Small carrots||1 Pound, pared (Whole)|
|Fresh brussels sprouts/4 packages of 10 ounce each, frozen brussels sprouts||2 Pound|
|English mustard sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Bring the corned beef cooking liquid to boiling; add potatoes and onions and return to boiling.
Cook 20 minutes.
Add carrots and Brussels sprouts and return to boiling.
Cook, partially covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
