Fish Cake

Ingredients
  White fish 8 Ounce, diced
  Cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 4 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Organic cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Put fish in a bowl. Add cheese to the bowl. Add bread crumbs. Add eggs to the bowl. Add some organic cheese. Add salt and little bit of lemon juice. Add black pepper. Mix them well. Mold the mixture into small cakes. Put them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, sprinkle bread crumbs on the cakes.
Medium heat the frying pan. Add olive oil to the pan. Brown the cake on one side. Turn the cake. Brown it on the other side as well. Serve with sauce.
