Vinegar Cake With Cocoa Frosting

Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Baking cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vinegar 4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cocoa frosting 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking cocoa, vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla and water in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cut the hot cake into serving pieces.
Pour hot Cocoa Frosting over the hot cake.
