Pie Filling Coffee Cake
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil/Canola oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned fruit pie filling||21 Ounce (1 Can Of 21 Ounce)|
|Confectioners sugar frosting||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add the sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Beat in a mixture of the flour, baking powder and salt.
Spread half the batter in a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.
Spread the pie filling over the batter.
Layer the remaining batter over the pie filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Drizzle with a confectioners' sugar frosting.
