Sponge Shortcake

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Heavy cream/Evaporated milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Break the eggs into a 1cup measuring cup.
Add enough cream to fill to the 1 cup line.
Combine the egg mixture, vanilla and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat well.
Add the flour and baking powder; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased 9-inch-square cake pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until set.
Serve warm with strawberries and whipped cream.
