Cinnamon Coffee Cake
|Packed light brown sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)|
|Sour milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)|
|Light brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
Beat the eggs, the 2 cups light brown sugar and the 1/2 cup butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Stir in the sour milk, baking soda, cinnamon and 2 cups of the flour just until moistened.
Spoon into an ungreased 9-inch-square cake pan.
Combine the 2 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar and the remaining 1/3 cup flour in a small bowl; rub between the fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over the top of the batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
