Easy Banana Cake
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Ripe bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed|
|Sour milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten separately|
Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the salt, baking powder, flour, baking soda, vanilla, mashed bananas and sour milk; mix well.
Fold in the eggs 1 at a time.
Spread in a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
