Potato Devil's Food Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
  Devil's food cake mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Unsalted mashed cooked potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned coconut pecan frosting 32 Ounce
Directions

Prepare the cake batter using 3 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 1/3 cups water and mashed potatoes.
Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Spread the frosting between the layers and over the top and side of the cooled cake.
