Potato Devil's Food Chocolate Cake
|Devil's food cake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Unsalted mashed cooked potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned coconut pecan frosting||32 Ounce|
Prepare the cake batter using 3 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 1/3 cups water and mashed potatoes.
Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Spread the frosting between the layers and over the top and side of the cooled cake.
