Butter Pecan Coffee Cake
|Butter pecan cake mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned coconut pecan frosting||16 Ounce|
|Vegetable oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Beat the cake mix, frosting, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a mixing bowl at high speed until well mixed.
Stir in the pecans.
Spoon the batter into a buttered 11x14 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Let cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar
