Vegan Banana Birthday Cake

The Daily English Show turned three on the third of April. I made a banana cake. We don't have an oven ... but my frying pan + toaster method works quite well :)

I mixed one mashed banana with half a cup of soymilk, a quarter of a cup of oil and a quarter of a cup of sugar.

In another bowl I mixed a cup of flour with a teaspoon of baking soda, a quarter of a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Then I mixed it all together, put it in a cake tin and I put it in my oven which is an old frying pan with a lid on it.

I baked it for 35 minutes and then I put it in the toaster oven for a few more minutes.

I waited until it cooled down and then I covered it in chocolate icing.

It was delicious.
