Ingredients
  Molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Yoghurt/Sour cream / sour milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Cooked pumpkin 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), pureed
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground clove 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Icing sugar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients.
Turn into oiled 8- x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350° F. for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle icing sugar and cut into squares to serve.
