Apple Crumb Coffee Cake
|Apples||2 , peeled, cored, quartered, and sliced with the slicing disk|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cold butter||3 Tablespoon, cut into 3 pieces|
Prepare Sweet-Roll Dough as recipe directs.
After kneading, pat dough into a greased 8 X 8 X 2 inch square baking pan.
Arrange apple slices over the dough.
Place the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter in the processor bowl and process with the metal blade until the mixture is crumbly, about 10 seconds.
Sprinkle over apples.
Let rise in a warm (80-85Â°F) place until doubled in bulk, 45 to 60 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 375Â°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in a pan for 15 minutes.
Remove to a rack.
