Fruit Salad With Strawberry Dressing
|Strawberries||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) (Fresh Frozen Or Thawed)|
|Dried mint leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat sour cream/Plain nonfat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh Frozen Or Thawed)|
|Navel orange slices||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Leaf lettuce leaves||4|
Slice 1 cup of the strawberries and set aside.
Place remaining 2 1/2 cups of berries in a blender or food processor with the mint, honey, and sour cream or yogurt. Puree.
Toss reserved sliced strawberries with blueberries and navel orange slices.
Line 6 salad plates with red leaf lettuce. Top with tossed fruit and drizzle with dressing.
