Fruit Salad With Strawberry Dressing

Ingredients
  Strawberries 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) (Fresh Frozen Or Thawed)
  Dried mint leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nonfat sour cream/Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blueberries 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh Frozen Or Thawed)
  Navel orange slices 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Leaf lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Slice 1 cup of the strawberries and set aside.
Place remaining 2 1/2 cups of berries in a blender or food processor with the mint, honey, and sour cream or yogurt. Puree.
Toss reserved sliced strawberries with blueberries and navel orange slices.
Line 6 salad plates with red leaf lettuce. Top with tossed fruit and drizzle with dressing.
